This custom-designed East Nashville guesthouse is perfect for exploring the city! Located just 15 minutes from the airport with ample parking, it is a 25-minute walk (or a five-dollar Uber ride) to East Nashville’s Five Points and ten dollars to the Honky Tonks downtown. The interior has been recently refreshed, and the home accommodates up to six guests in the one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout with an open loft. As of October 2024, guests can enjoy a newly designed outdoor courtyard—no expense was spared. It features a covered hot tub, wood-burning fire pit, outdoor television, and additional amenities, creating an inviting space to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you are visiting for the city’s music scene, culinary offerings, or fall football games, this guesthouse provides an ideal retreat.

The Space

As seasoned Airbnb hosts, we’ve meticulously designed our guesthouse for maximum comfort, even within the limited space the city allowed us to build. Whether you're staying solo or with a group of up to six, the open kitchen and living area are perfect for utility and relaxation. The kitchen includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essentials. A kitchen island with seating for four provides space for dining.

In the living room, enjoy a comfortable sofa, side chair, and a 55" Smart TV. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, and the Smart TVs allow you to stream all popular services, including YouTube TV.

In-unit laundry is provided, complete with detergent and dryer sheets. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, 50" Smart TV, and a large closet with a vanity or workspace. The thoughtfully-designed bathroom includes a tile-enclosed shower and a spacious 60" vanity. The upstairs loft has two double beds, accommodating up to four additional guests.

The new courtyard boasts seating for six around a wood-burning fire pit, a covered six-person hot tub for year-round use, and a charming breakfast nook for morning coffee. This private, beautifully landscaped space feels like a secluded retreat, illuminated by twinkling string lights.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom at the Greenwood Guesthouse offers a serene and comfortable retreat, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with premium linens. Master Bathroom

The master bathroom, conveniently attached to the master bedroom, is the only bathroom for the guesthouse and has been designed with both style and functionality in mind. It features a spacious walk-in shower, plush towels, and a well-lit vanity stocked with essential toiletries for your stay. With direct access from the master bedroom, it offers ease and privacy, ensuring everything you need is just steps away.

Walk-in Closet

The walk-in closet, located off the master bedroom, provides ample storage space to keep your belongings organized and your living area clutter-free. It also doubles as a vanity and workspace, perfect for getting ready or catching up on emails during your stay.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as convenient as possible, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full meal. You'll find modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials, including a Keurig and Nespresso machine with pods, sugar, and creamer provided. Living Room

The living room is a cozy and inviting space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Nashville. It features plush, comfortable seating and a 50-inch Smart TV, giving you access to your favorite streaming services, including YouTubeTV, HBO Max, and Starz. Whether you're catching up on shows, reading, or enjoying a quiet evening in, the living room provides a welcoming atmosphere for your stay.

The Loft

The loft is an open and airy space featuring two comfortable full-size beds, perfect for families or groups. Please note that the stairs to the loft are steep and should be treated like a ladder for safety. We kindly ask that children be actively supervised when using the loft or staircase. This charming area adds versatility to the guesthouse, making it ideal for a variety of group setups.
